At Hearts & Hands United, we believe that with God's guidance and the strength of our community, there is no limit to what we can achieve together. Our vision is rooted in faith, fueled by love, and carried out through action.
Building a Stronger Tomorrow
We know the road ahead will not be easy, but with prayer, dedication, and unity, our goals are clear.
We plan to host community events and fundraisers—banquets, cash mobs, and gatherings that rally our community in support of families and small businesses. We will partner with local contractors to help families with home repairs, ensuring safe and stable living environments for those in need.
Supporting small businesses remains central to our mission. We will work alongside contractors and business owners to repair, restore, and strengthen the small businesses that keep our county alive. We also envision tearing down or restoring properties to create temporary housing and limited low-income housing, all funded by our community.
Job opportunities matter. We will collaborate with local businesses to provide employment for those seeking a fresh start. We are committed to caring for the vulnerable, extending special support to the elderly, veterans, and homeless populations in our county. Investing in youth is essential—we will guide and mentor young people and young adults to build a brighter, more hopeful future for us all.
And we will not work alone. Partnering with other local businesses and nonprofits to support charities, causes, and community events will strengthen us all.
Caring for God's Creation
We recognize that caring for our environment is an important part of building a strong future. Climate change is real, and it is our responsibility to educate and empower the next generation to take action.
We plan to offer workshops for youth, young adults, and anyone interested in learning about environmental stewardship. We will teach practical ways to care for God's creation through sustainable living, conservation, and community projects. Our goal is to equip our community to lead by example so future generations inherit not just stronger families and businesses, but also a healthier planet.
Educating the Next Generation
We hope to work closely with local schools to provide education, workshops, and mentorship programs. By partnering with teachers and schools, we can inspire our youth with lessons on community service, financial wisdom, leadership, and environmental care. This investment ensures a brighter, stronger future for Trumbull County and beyond.
Growing Together
Our mission is not only to serve today but to build for tomorrow. We see a future where Hearts & Hands United expands into a facility with paid staff to better assist families, businesses, and individuals in need. We envision establishing sister nonprofits in surrounding communities, spreading hope and support far beyond Trumbull County. We are creating a legacy of faith, unity, and action that will continue for generations.
Starting Today
Yes, our vision is big. It may even seem impossible at times. But we have to start somewhere—and why not start today? With God leading the way and our community working hand in hand, every step forward brings us closer to the future we believe in.
"Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'" — Matthew 19:26
